severe pain in l hand for a month.not constant,comes&goes appx 20x a day. pain is same spot,by metacarpal artery,below pinky/ring knuckle.not ra pain.

Nerve related: if there are no signs of abnormality in that area of your hand, then you could be having symptoms of nerve irritation from either your wrist, elbow or neck. Check out ulnar nerve entrapment.
