Hi, for the past 2 months i've had a few unexplained / non-painful lower abdominal bruises. what could be the cause?

Abdominal bruising: Are you injecting yourself with insulin or other medication like blood thinners? Moving furniture? Bruising is serious. Could be liver abnormalities, renal abnormalities hemolysis, allergy to medication causing hemolysis. Need blood work, CBC with platelets, PT/PTT, liver panel renal panel, antibodies, Please seek medical attention at ER today ( they get the blood work back immediately)
