CT of the abdomen is not routinely done after a MVA unless the driver or passenger(s) has abdominal symptoms or suspected signs of abdominal visceral organ injury during the exam.

Advise these issues be discussed with the doctors currently involved in evaluating and treating the injured individual. Would not expect abdominal imaging unless the physician suspected a problem such as a ruptured spleen.
