I : I am so sorry that you are going through that. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Ask your doctor if they think that vaginal atrophy (common after hysterectomy) are contributing to your symptoms. They have probably told you to reduce sugary foods and drinks, reduce alcohol (because of sugar content), only wear cotton underwear or ideally no underwear, avoid baths or bubble baths, and to use a blow dryer (from a safe distance) after your shower. You can also ask your pharmacist for products such as vagisil (there are also other products that are similar) that can help keep the skin clean and itch-free.
