How can i determine which training or exercise is best suited to me?

Depends on your goal: Make a list of what you enjoy doing for exercise and what your goals are. Goals would include fitness, healthier lifestyle, better sleep, improved mental alertness, weight loss, running a marathon or triatholon, etc. You also need to consider your current physical health. See your physician for a general physical. Do so with goals and ideas in hand to develop the first steps in your program.

Fun! FuN! FUN!: It all starts with you. [1] what would be fun? What can you imagine yourself doing? Could be anything from walking, tai chi, yoga to scavenger-hunting and dancing. [2] variety? Do you like to mix it up? Or is routine your best friend? [3] how active are you now? Start at your baseline and advance slowly. [4] pat yourself on the back. Congrats on making great changes.
