Hello. : Hello. I can’t tell you the cause of your symptoms or if you have leukemia possible symptoms of leukemia can include: swollen lymph nodes in the armpit, neck, or groin; feeling weak and fatigued; night sweats; fevers; headaches; easy bruisability, headaches; abdominal swelling, bone or joint pain and decreased appetite with weight loss. Obviously, you already know this because you researched it on life. Recommend that you see your doctor who will likely order a complete blood count. If that is suspicious your doctor could arrange for aspiration of bone marrow with a biopsy.

See your doctor: Most forms of leukemia are obvious on a blood count, and there are many other causes of swollen lymph nodes. It sounds like you need a comprehensive medical evaluation, preferably by an internist. You may need referral to a hematologist/oncologist and may need tissue biopsy if the history, physical exam and routine lab are of concern. Infectious mono can give all the things you have as well.
