I : I do not know if you will regain the lack of sensitivity or reduce the pain. I can suggest that you look into medical acupuncture to decrease stagnation of blood, lymph, electrical (nerves) energy and qi. I have seen remarkable improvement in numbess, pain and range of motion with medical acupuncture.

If : If you do NT have nay underlying nerve, vascular, endocrine ( such as diabetes) or other issues that affect microcirculaiton, light tough sensation and skin integrity then yes you should expect some recovery. However this turns upon , general health, smoker? Vascular diease? Any other issues ..The list continues..Talk to a hand surgeon regarding these injuries.
