Good question: Both ENT and plastic surgeons routinely perform septoplasty surgery. Generally, ENT surgeons tend to more specialized in breathing function- related issues which can be related to septal issues. Nonetheless, you should check with yiur family doctor, family or friends for a referral to a board certified surgeon and see how often he/she performs the procedure.
