Nose surgery: You would have to call around to see if any ENT doctors perform septoplasty/sinus surgery in their office. In order to perform this surgery safely, you would want to have the surgery in an accredited facility where if something goes wrong, the staff is prepared to handle the situation safely. Seek the advice of a board certified ENT and see if your office surgery option is a good idea.

Surgery center: is what you are looking for. You do want to be completely asleep for that surgery, and most ENT doctors are not set up for that much sedation in the office. Surgicenters or surgical centers are set up for complete anesthesia. You'll have to research on the websites of Drs. Or call and ask.
