Assuming : Assuming you haven't changed your eating & exercise habits, it's time to go see your family physician to get checked out. I'm concerned about an overactive thyroid, poorly controlled diabetes, infection (tb & HIV ranks high up there but so can tape worms and other intestinal bugs, especially if you've traveled to foreign countries), and cancer (sorry but you asked). Also gut disorders (besides intestinal infection) such as inflammatory bowel and celiac disease. My point is this: there's nothing you can do online to figure this out & fix it. You need to go see your family physician. That's why we're here - to care for you. So give us a chance to do our job. Good luck!
