Yes it is possible: I am not sure of medications that your are taking and wether they stain teeth. However, you can most likely bleach your teeth lighter and maintain them. Is it important to you? It may take an effort on your part. You may have to use the KOR method for best result. More expensive but guaranteed. Look for KOR dentist.

Whiter teeth: I would not assume that any medications that you currently take are the cause of your discolored or stained teeth. Teeth can be stained from Tetracyclines only as they develop and not once already erupted. I see no reason why you cannot have whiter teeth, if that is what you want. There are many products and restorations to accomplish that. It's more up to you based upon your priorities & finances

Teeth whitening: You can use over the counter products, however, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.
