Not sure: While i encourage my patients whohave to sit a lot to get up and stretch for a minute or two every hour, I do not no why you have pain on one side of your body only.It could be related to the way you are sitting as well as what you have to do while sitting like answering a phone or working at a computer. Try getting up once an hour on your feet and stretching for a minute or two. No better, see doc.
