Dizziness : Dizziness is common with dehydration, ear infections or inner ear abnormalities, pregnancy, vertigo, migraines, stress, low blood sugar etc. If the dizziness has completely resolved i would not worry, however is if still present see your doctor for an evaluation. Take care.
