Had colonoscopy yesterday morning. had fever most of the night but now i am feeling dizzy and cant focus my eyes?

Call your doctor.: it is not normal to have lingering symptoms the day after a colonoscopy. It is not clear to me whether the symptoms that you are having are related or not, but it would be prudent to contact your gastroenterologist to discuss them, and to investigate them if they seem to be persistent.
