I have been lightheaded and dizzy with occasional loss of vision and an extreme headache since 4pm yesterday, it is now 11:30am and im still feeling the exact same even after drinking water and a full nights sleep and i dont know what to do?

Visual "loss" with severe headache at age 20 may be a "migraine" headache, and current treatments are available to mediate same. Contact your physician for guidance or go to an emergency room, as there are other potential causes of your symptoms which should be evaluated.
