Septoplasty : Septoplasty and/or rhinoplasty that addresses functional (chronic nasal obstruction) problems may help with snoring. No surgeon can guarantee that surgery would cure all snoring, but i definitely have many patients who tell me that their nose surgery helped reduce/cure their snoring.

Nasal : Nasal obstruction because of anatomical issues like a deviated septum, large turbinates and valve collapse can contribute to snoring. A comprehensive history and nasal examination will help establish if functional rhinoplasty can help alleviate the snoring.

Maybe: If his snoring is due to a deviated nasal septum, a septorhinoplasty could potentially cure it. But there are other causes of snoring. A good ENT doctor can diagnose the cause.

Possibly: If the septum is deviated or he has nasal valve obstruction then rhinoplasty with correction of these problems may improve his breathing and snoring. Ask his surgeon.
