Nasal : Nasal obstruction because of anatomical issues like a deviated septum, large turbinates and valve collapse can contribute to snoring. A comprehensive history and nasal examination will help establish if functional rhinoplasty can help alleviate the snoring.

Possibly: If the septum is deviated or he has nasal valve obstruction then rhinoplasty with correction of these problems may improve his breathing and snoring. Ask his surgeon.
