Sleep apnea?: Have you had a formal sleep study? Has your ENT suggested c-pap or bi-pap? Has your ENT suggested a uvulectomy or reduction of excess posterior phayngeal tissue?: these can all contribute to ongoing snoring. You will laso need a pulmonary medical evaluation.

See below: There are many reasons for sleep apnea and even snoring by itself besides enlarged tonsils. Age, smoking, drinking alcohol, a history of diabetes and/or high blood pressure, large neck size, being overweight, narrow airway, family history, and nasal congestion are other risk factors. Please see a sleep medicine specialist to evaluate your other risk factors and adequately treat you, if needed.
