Have : Have you changed your diet in the past few years? Any dramatic increases in fiber, fruits and/or vegetables can do this. Also consider the possibility of a lactose sensitivity; as one becomes older this problem may develop an any dairy products can increase the number of bowel movements. Try a dairy free diet for two weeks and monitor for improvement. If not discuss your concerns with your doctor. Best of luck.
