The : The bumps on the back of your tongue are called papillae. They are normal, however they can increase in size when an infection is present. The fact that your tongue is white leads me to believe you may be dealing with an oral fungal infection called thrush. You will need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and start treatment.
