PHARYNGITIS: Sounds like you have pharyngitis or sore throat, likely bacterial in nature, given the described white bumps. A common cause of this is streptococcal sore throat ,but other bacteria can cause it as well and some viruses and fungi can as well. Get a rapid strep test at your doctor - you may need antibiotics.
