Does zerona liposuction ever hurt? i've read how the laser is safe, but lasers are used for cutting! does the procedure ever cause pain? maybe if it's accidentally used wrong?

Zerona : Zerona treatments are not "liposuction" and should not be considered or advertised as such... Zerona is not a laser. Zerona is an external treatment that can give minimal fat reduction, not to be comparable to liposuction. Best of luck.

There : There is no cutting with the zerona. It is "cold"laser technology and there is little or no pain. But don't expect big results.

Usually not: Zerona is a weak laser and does not cut. It simply disrupts fat cells. You should not even feel anything.

Zerona not lipo: Zerona treatments are not "liposuction" and should not be called liposuction [ which is the actual removal of fat through suction cannulas]. Zerona is not really a laser.{it is a single wavelength but it not amplified} it is low energy light therapy that is directed on the skin that can give minimal fat reduction. You can't feel it & it doesnt cause pain. It is very safe but not very effective.

Cellulite: There are 2 types of fat : subcutaneous and visceral. Zerona may theoretically work on sub q fat but not on visceral fat which lies deeper to the muscle layer in the body. I have not heard good reports clinically.

So safe=ineffective: My personal opinion. Is that it is so safe that it is virtually ineffective. Results are unlikely to be achieved without diet and exercise.
