No and yes: Advanced HIV makes your test negative. A positive test shows that you inhaled TB but this is not related to hiv. Check with your doc about TB protection, like all patients with a positive TB test. Ask for HIV test but do not worry.

HIV: If you have potential exposure to HIV you should go and get tested asap, as well as for other stds. A positive PPD means that you have inactive tuberculosis (unless you are having symptoms) and in and by itself has nothing to do with hiv. If you have hiv/aids and a positive PPD you are more likely to reactivate tuberculosis. Go and get seen. Good luck.
