You : You should be ok as far as the HIV goes....But other std's need to be ruled out. Your presentation is rather atypical for it...But syphilis needs to be checked. Virus titres for CMV and ebv need to be checked as well (a chronic fatigue type presentation). Hepatitis c should not be overlooked either. It would be wise to do general chemistries, liver panels and CBC to rule out other potential problems.

Low risk, but...: ...get tested. Headache and rash by themselves don't suggest HIV, and if a woman is infected, average risk for a single unprotected vaginal sex exposure is around 1 in 2,500. But all non-monogamous sexually active persons should be tested for HIV from time to time, so do it now, while it's on your mind. Also get tested for gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. You can expect negative results.
