I : I suspect you mean pineal gland. This is a small gland near the center of the brain. It is known to be involved in the making of melatonin, a chemical that is involved in the sleep-wake cycle. In animals there is some connection with sexuality in that changing melatonin levels and the changing length of days in the spring affect the mating season. In humans there are some connections with the endocrine system, but I am not aware of any direct connection to sexual functioning. Your doctor may recommend a workup by an endocrinologist to check for pituitary gland dysfunction. The pituitary affects thyroid function, hormone production and regulation of water in the body. I hope this answers your question.
