Yes and no: Libido and erection are not affected by the prostate but rather by male hormones and the condition of the penis. The ability to ejaculate doesn't seem to be affected by the prostate itself as far as getting the sperm out. Unhealthy prostate gland may affect the quality of sperm and the emptying of the bladder.
