Making : Making a diagnosis of your problem, over the internet, sight unseen, is not prudent. As a general rule of thumb, if there is a lesion, bump, ulceration, or change in your mouth that is not a normal, ordinary part of your anatomy that doesn't resolve by itself in a few days, it needs to be evaluated as to the cause, and then physically treated by your dentist or other health care provider. Allowing anything out of the ordinary to linger is not advisable. Please have the lesion evaluated.

This : This is the type of situation that must be evaluated as soon as possible. It is probably not dangerous, but needs to be checked in that it is not considered normal.
