Please : Please go back to the health center and have your discharge evaluated. Do not take over-the-counter medications as you could have an infection that must be treated. The leep procedure is performed to treat dysplasia or cancerous cells of the cervix typically, though i don't know your exact situation or pathology. I am very glad that you are under treatment, and the health center that did your pap will want to know about your discharge. If you had pain, fever, or vomiting then you would have to go to the er.

No simple answer: Leep is one type of treatment that may be appropriate depending on the exact pap result, your hpv status, your age, and the biopsy results. The treatment can also vary somewhat with your doctor's personal preferences. Check out guidelines from the asccp (there is even an app) to get a better idea of what your options are.
