I have slight pinkish discharge after intercourse married and no stds. doc has done endometrial biopsy and ecc ,pap and hpv test all ngtv then why ?

Probably normal: First of all, it was a great idea to have this checked out. Pinkish discharge, or spotting, can have a serious cause. But since all your tests were normal, the symptom is probably normal for you. It may be due to a bit of trauma with the skin inside the vagina being irritated during intercourse. If there are spermicidals or other fluids, even semen, then the discharge is diluted -- pinkish.
