Some mild pelvic pressure is not unusual during pregnancy as the baby grows and the ligaments stretch, but pelvic pressure with pain in the genital area must be taken very seriously after 20 weeks of pregnancy. Please call your doctor. If you had increased pain, discharge, bleeding, or cramping you would have to be seen emergently.
