Preeclampsia?: Your symptoms could be due to a dire pregnancy complication called preeclampsia (older term: toxemia). You should go to the emergency room to be evaluated as soon as possible to avoid/minimize any perinatal complications! do not drive!

Headaches matter : A headache in the third trimester can sometimes be a big deal. It is very important that you check your blood pressure and notify your doctor. Elevated blood pressure accompanied by a headache indicates a disease called preeclampsia. If blood pressure is normal a headache can be treated by tylenol (acetaminophen).
