Invisalign : Invisalign aligners should be rinsed with water and brushed daily. Cleaning tablets can be used to clean and brighten aligners. I recommend retainer brite www.Retainerbrite.Com to all my invisalign patients. It kills 99% of 7 common bacteria and leaves the aligners crystal clear. Soak the aligner in tap water, add tablet wait 15 minutes rinse...You are ready to go! good luck.

I : I would recommend to brush the retainers and rinse only with cold water. Hot tap water can damage the retainers.

You : You need to clean it and brush it thoroughly with your regular toothpaste i recommend colgate total on a daily bases at least twice a day. Anyway you only keep your trays for two weeks. Good luck to you in your journey to a healthy and beautyfull smile!

Ask your doctor: Make a quick call to your orthodontist's office and ask for their recommendations and instructions for invisalign care. Denture cleaners or retainer cleaners are often recommended. Since the aligners are replaced every 2 weeks, simple tooth brushing with water is often all that is required.

Brush and rinse: Invisalign aligners should be rinsed with water often before being replaced in your mouth. When you brush your teeth you can also brush your aligner. Aligners also can be placed in aligner cleaner, denture cleaner or vinegar while you are eating . It is important not to drink anything except water while your aligner is in place. Ask your orthodontist for their recommendation for cleaning.

Must be clean: Remove trays and rinse trays and mouth after drinking anything acidic, then put them right back in. Good idea to put trays into denture cleaner when you have dinner. If trays are out for any reason, make sure you rinse them before reinserting. Know that trays produce an average 41% improvident, braces a more than 90% improvement. Hope you're seeing a qualified orthodontist. Good luck.
