RSV : Rsv (respiratory syncytial virus) is a virus that can cause significant breathing issues in small children. In adults, it will typically present as a mild cold, possibly with a very runny nose. If you do contract this from the 7 month old, then there is a possibility of passing this on to the other grand children if you are symptomatic.

RSV : Rsv is a viral illness that is contagious in certain stages, just like the common cold. Rsv can cause significant repiratory symptoms in infants. In usually healthy children and adults it commonly presents with cold symptoms. It is possible to spread the virus, so use precautions such as hand washing and other contact precautions after being exposed.

RSV : Rsv is contagious just like any other upper respiratory virus. It causes more severe illness such as bronchiolitis and pneumonia in the very young (more commonly under age 2) and older adults and immunocompromised. For most people RSV acts like any other cold but for the grandchildren, especially the 1 year old, the risk of wheezing and lower respiratory infection is much higher.

Yes but.....: RSV is the main cause of the human cold during RSV season. It is a germ that generates poor if any immunity if you catch it, and humans are often reinfected every year or two. It can be spread by droplets (in air) or on your hands. If you catch it you can spread it for days and weeks afterward. It is more worrisome to kids below 16 lb than those that are larger.Good hand washing helps reduce spread
