Call your doctor: It is hard to evaluate the cause and how serious a bad headache is for you, but since most 23 year olds have never had a blood transfusion, your past medical history is complicated enough that serious things could be going on. Call your doctor's office today (they should gave an on-call doctor to answer questions on the weekend).
