Unfortunately: Cirrhosis is unlikely to improve, this usually suggest some degree of permanent damage. Your best bet is to optimize your health, including addressing the possible cause of your cirrhosis, so that you can keep things stable. Review this with your hepatologist(liver doc) so that you start moving in the right direction.
