No : No over-the-counter pain medication will come close to relieving pain compared to the oxycodone you're already taking. If you can't push your surgery date up, which i believe is the best solution, have you considered acupuncture?

See below: Most of the nsaid's have good pain control, but if the surgeon is giving you narcotics you should check with them to make sure there are no interactions.
