Oxy : With the half life of oxycodone being approximately 4 hours, one would expect 24-48 hour limitation time given the cut off values for urine drug screens to be variable. In my experience it is much longer than 24 hours

72 hours for oxy: Urine drug screens look for the metabolites of oxycodone in the urine, which take about 3 days to clear. With just a single 5 mg dose, it would be unusual to have a positive UDS after 72 hours. Everyone is different, and depending on hydration, liver health, the drug screen may be positive from 1-4 days for a single 5 mg dose.
