If you have increased bleeding, pain, or light-headedness/fainting, then you would need to be seen as an emergency.

Need exam: You could have other reasons for vaginal bleeding. The most common would be a vaginal yeast or bacterial infection. However even a vaginal cancer is a possibility - you need to see your doctor.
