Absolutely: If your cervix was also removed then there should not be any vaginal bleeding whatsoever .If the cervix was left as in a sub-total hysterectomy then there is still cause for concern about residual endometrial tissue. See your GYN immediately for re-evaluation and have the ovaries status rechecked as well,.

Blood in urine?: Are you having blood in the urine? Fever? It is unusual to bleed after hysterectomy so I would recommend you see a urogynecologist or start with your gynecologist for exam. Could be bleeding from the vagina, or from ureters leading from the kidneys.
