Gonorrhea: Unusual but conceivable. Women can be long term asymptomatic carriers of neisseria gonorrheae, and have acute infection reactivated by a variety of mechanisms. You may have gotten infected more recently (do not know your sexual history), or perhaps the diagnosis was incorrect (would need more info and records). Why not discuss with the diagnosing doctor?
