I have body aches , fever 38c, dry cough, shortness of breath, i'm tired, were nauseous this morning and have a headache. should i get tested for corona? or is it normal flu?

Flu-like symptoms can be from a strep throat infection, a cold or influenza, or from some other cause like COVID-19. Usually, a person calls the doctor if the symptoms are bothersome, serious, recurrent, or persistent. COVID-19 testing is locally available in most places.
