Your : Your question is not very clear. I see that you've added the tag "seizure." perhaps what you're wondering is whether seizures can be bad enough to cause an injury even if they aren't caused by a tumor or other abnormality that shows up on an MRI or bloodwork. The answer is that, yes, on occasion, a seizure can be severe enough to hurt you. Of course, the fact that you might lose consciousness could lead to an injury from a fall or from losing control of a car. Often, a person who has a seizure will have bite injuries his or her lips and tongue. The most dreaded complication is something called status epilepticus, in which the seizure is severe enough and lasts long enough that the sufferer cannot breathe and has a respiratory arrest. This can lead to death.

Unclear question: Your brain would not kill you but a brain disorder can. You may wish to restate your question. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and street drugs, exercise at least 150 minutes per week.
