What should i do about my back? earlier today i hit the top of my head pretty hard and it pushed down on my neck . now j can barely move and there ispain shooting through my upper back and rib cage plus i have a headache. what does it mean?

You : You may have injured your head and neck when you hit the top of your head. Sometimes this can cause bleeding in the skull or broken vertebrae in the neck. I would recommend going to emergency room or urgent care to be checked out. Best of luck!
