Likely benign: Very likely this is a tension headache like you mentioned. Be sure to stretch your muscles weekly with exercises like yoga. Continue to stay well hydrated with water and clear fluids. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for pain. If it worsens or you cannot keep fluids down, see your doctor.
