You : You need to see a dentist. The dentist will get a medical history, examine you and take x-rays. You can develop serious problems if you don't get this taken care of. You can get an infection in a tooth or develop an abcess. If there are teeth that are completely knocked out, the teeth around them can start to move into that space and throw off your bite. This is very important.

Maybe: It appears you have neglected seeing a dentist for a long time. At best, root canals and caps may save your teeth. At worst, extractions and prosthetic replacement is necessary. Only a dental exam will tell you which way to treat.
