Call your dentist: You will need to get x-rays of your teeth and possibly your sinus, the maxillary sinuses should not normally affect your 4 front teeth, your dentist will decide if you have an infection and if you need root canal treatments. If the sinuses are causing the numbness of your teeth then you need to get the sinus treated first.

Hard to say.: The four front teeth have nerve supply from the area above the roots of the teeth...Very near the sinuses/nasal cavity. If you are aware of dental abscesses, have that area checked by a dentist or oral surgeon.

Treatment: Get treatment asap from your dentist. This can even be very dangerous.
