Rule out abscess: see your dentist for examination and x-rays to rule out tooth abscess or nasopalatine duct cyst. If not a dental cause, see your GP for neurologic examination.

Call: Call your Dentist for an examination. Could be from abscess, gum disease, bone or tooth fracture, or naso-palatine duct cyst. If dental causes ruled out, then your PCP may need to rule out neurological medication, or systemic causes.
