Like Ibuprofen or Naproxen to rule out infection and inflammation , if the condition does not improve, you should get examined , xrayed and diagnosed for possible nerve damage. Keep in mind that there is a limited window of time to treat never damage

Nerve issue: The lower wisdom teeth are often very close if not touching the nerve that travels to the lower front teeth and lip and chin. As the teeth are removed the roots can bump into the nerve and cause it to "short circuit." if you are only noticing this numbness in the teeth, then probably only part of the nerve has shorted. You are likely to get a full recovery. See your oral surgeon for details.

Nerve issue: The nerves to the upper front teeth run along the nasal floor and drop to the teeth through a small foramen behind them so it would be hard to injure these nerves with wisdom teeth extraction. The nerves to the lower front teeth pass through the lower jaw and can be close to wisdom teeth and be damaged.
