Probably not related: I can't think of any reason that your numbness would be related to liposuction done 8 years ago. You should probably talk to your doctor to see if there is another cause..

Not Related?: Best to be seen by your physicians to evaluate your situation. Numbness this far out of surgery would be unusual; worsening numbness is probably not at all related to the previous operation. Best wishes.
