Although : Although due to hormonal changes, a woman may become more emotionally reactive during pregnancy, you may be suffering from depression. Please talk to your obstetrician about this. She or he may recommend that you talk with a counselor. Your obstetrician might elect to offer you on an antidepressant medication or might recommend a referral to see a psychiatrist. One of the biggest concerns when an expectant mother becomes depressed is that she may stop caring for herself as well. If the mother is not getting adequate hydration, eating healthfully, sleeping, staying active, etc then this could eventually impact the baby. Please don't beat yourself up. You might just be stressed and feeling more emotional. If you do have depression, it is treatable. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I wish you well.

You should see doc: You have depression during pregnancy. This should be treated. Please see a psychiatrist. The baby is safe now as regards to antidepressant treatment in the third trimester, as least for most meds. For your sake and the sake of your child, please get treated.
