Please call a doctor: You should see both an ob-gyn for the baby and a psychiatrist or psychologist for yourself. You may be under stress or it may be realted to hormones. Or it could be both.

Be seen!: Please call you OB and tell them about your symptoms. Up to 20% of women will experience clinical depression or anxiety during their pregnancy. There can be adverse effects both to mother and child if depression is not addressed in a timely fashion.
